All content created by Matkin Media, including but not limited to graphics, designs, copywriting, and branding, is the intellectual property of Matkin Media until full payment is made, at which point ownership or usage rights may be transferred as agreed.

Use of Work for Marketing

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Matkin Media reserves the right to display completed work, including designs, campaigns, and written content, for promotional purposes. This may include use in our portfolio, on our website, social media, case studies, or other marketing channels.

We value your privacy and will never share confidential or sensitive information without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in delivering professional services, we are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss
Loss of profits, business, or opportunity
